Ryan McPherson

Born in Southern California, Ryan McPherson is the first in his family to pursue a career in medicine. He attended medical school in Kansas City, Missouri. Afterward, he completed five years of general surgery residency in Phoenix, Arizona, followed by an additional year of fellowship training in trauma surgery in Los Angeles, California. At the time of this writing, he has been practicing for four years, and with each passing day, loves what he does more and more. He continues to work with residents and spends time discussing the rigors of training and burn out.
