Jef and Mindy

Jef & Mindy are partners in life & storytelling and co-authors of The Ridiculous, a laugh-out-loud smart comedy series. Their stories blend absurd adventures, quirky characters, and sneakily profound moments that remind us how delightfully nonsensical life can be. In The Ridiculous Universe, humor is used to awaken, turning cosmic chaos into laughter-fueled insight.

Their creative journey began long before books. Together, they built global movements in fitness, wellness, and sustainability, co-founding the World Natural Sports Organization, the FAME World Tour, and the BodyPROUD movement. They also launched Canada’s first environmental magazine and produced international expos, media platforms, and television shows that inspired transformation across five continents.

Now, their focus is on making readers laugh, think, and escape into worlds where intergalactic satire meets human truth. The Ridiculous has been described as “a full-blown cosmic carnival… ridiculous in the best way,” with readers comparing it to The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy & Movies and Shows like Spaceballs, Red Dwarf & The Jetsons.

Their mantra says it all: Dream Big. Do Ridiculous. Achieve Remarkable.
