Decima Watkins is the author of The Soulbound Saga, a powerful fantasy series rooted in real South Wales locations, forgotten histories, and the kind of magic that doesn’t always stay in books. While the stories are fiction, many of the tunnels, places, and details are inspired by things she’s truly seen, heard, or discovered — and she weaves them into her work with emotional depth and a touch of the uncanny.

Decima’s writing blends soul-deep bonds, ancient secrets, and supernatural tension — often with dragons, witches, and haunted legacies thrown in. Her main focus is on The Soulbound Saga, but she’s also working on several other projects at once, including darker fantasy stories, short books, and alternate versions of existing worlds.

She lives in South Wales, loves overcast skies, writes with far too much coffee, and believes the best stories are the ones that feel like they might actually be true — even the magical ones.
