John Shindler

Dr. John Shindler is an author, professor and consultant living Los Angeles. He has spent the past 30 years working with teachers, leaders and schools in the area of improvement. His books - Transformative Classroom Management and Transformative Leader's Roadmap are used by countless schools to support their process of growth and transformative improvement.

His new book Intentional Evolution (created with partner Rob Ricciardelli) was born at the beginning of the pandemic. It was an inspired creation and came to him as flash of insight, but have taken 5 years to finalize into a book. The project and the work of supporting the ideas in the book are John's current calling. Along with the work of supporting schools, and teaching at CSULA, he will build a growing series of workshops, retreats and events under the heading of the ConvergingZone along with Rob and our team.
