Lin Deng

Lin Deng is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Towson University in Maryland, USA. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from George Mason University in 2017. His research spans software engineering, software testing, cybersecurity, machine learning, and cyber forensics. Dr. Deng’s work has been supported by multiple federal agencies, including the National Science Foundation (NSF), Department of Energy (DOE), National Institute of Justice (NIJ), and National Security Agency (NSA). His contributions to cybersecurity have been recognized by the NSA through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement.
