About Wendy Quinton, LCSW, CAADC, CPTT, MBATT
Wendy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is the sole proprietor of Wendy Quinton, LCSW located in Central Pennsylvania, and provides outpatient and telehealth therapy. Beginning in 2014, Wendy has worked with individuals, couples and groups to help guide their recovery from various substance use disorders, betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse, depression and anxiety.
In addition to her clinical license and certifications, Wendy is a member of the ethics committee at The Mindfulness Academy and supervises addiction counselors who support those involved with the Department of Justice.
Previous to her clinical experience, Wendy earned an associate’s degree in Biblical Studies and Cultural Ministries, and spent thirteen years serving as a missionary in Papua New Guinea. While there she also served as a Consultant on the Language and Culture Acquisition Committee. Additionally, Wendy has worked as the Director of Youth Ministries and Christian Education at a local church.
Wendy is married and has two children, and two stepchildren.
