Nate grew up in Bethlehem PA, and is a third generation plumber. He is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals, families, and organizations. With over 30 years in plumbing and 15 years of expanding leadership, he has led as CEO of a flourishing multi-million dollar plumbing service company, Nate identified a gap in the industry and founded the company Plumbing CEO—a comprehensive technician training and consulting initiative aimed at developing proficient plumbing business owners and service technicians.

Nate's academic and professional credentials are extensive, including various degrees and certifications in Plumbing, Management, Marketing, Seminary, and Hague Training. He is deeply committed to ongoing education, focusing on the vital aspects of improving organizational health and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics in business operations.
