Shadley Grei

Shadley Grei is an award-winning novelist, ghostwriter, and creative strategist. To date, his debut novel, Before Closure, has earned seven literary awards, including a Midwest Book Awards Special Distinction for Insightful LGBTQ+ Perspectives. The novel also received a Publishers Weekly BookLife Editor's Pick and critical praise from Kirkus Reviews.

He wrote his first story in second grade and has been chasing words ever since. He lives in West Des Moines, Iowa, with his husband, too many books, and never quite enough time to read.
