About the Author

Rose Metheny is a Christian author, speaker, and testimony teller whose life was radically transformed by the redeeming love of Jesus. Through honest storytelling and faith-filled encouragement, she writes for women who have walked through trauma, shame, silence, or deep emotional pain — offering hope, healing, and freedom rooted in Christ.

Rose’s work is shaped by her own journey of restoration and her passion to help women discover that no story is too broken for redemption. When she’s not writing, she can be found with a venti quad latte in hand, sharing joy, faith, and encouragement on her blog, Grace & Glow.

She lives in Arizona with her husband, Larry, and is a proud mama to three grown sons.
