A retired college professor, Dan C. Rogers, has been involved in theatre for more than 50 years. His first scripts were one acts he and his brothers performed for family. Later classmates participated in sketches and vignettes he dabbled in to impress the cheerleaders. Dan was recognized in college for his creativity and ingenuity, winning awards for acting and writing. Dan managed to accomplish his college education by working in radio and television, using his personable wit and smooth baritone voice to entertain and dabble in community theatre. While attending a performance of a traveling murder mystery dinner theatre troupe Dan discovered an opportunity to polish the script. After more polishing and more productions of the scripts and more again, Dan ventured into community theatre and directing. With his drive and his two fingered typing, Dan chose to explore the world of becoming a playwright. There are now more than 40 of his scripts prepared for an enterprising director or producer to run with.
