Sharon K. Harmon, PhD

My journey into writing books about holistic health and frequencies began with the publication of Gluten-Free the Right Way! in late 2024, followed by the companion Cookbook in early 2025. These works reflect my passion for helping others reclaim their health through clear, practical guidance. Before shifting my focus to wellness, I spent years writing and updating The Codes Guidebook for Interiors, a trusted resource in the interior design industry. While the subjects are very different, my goal remains the same: to simplify complex information and make it accessible, whether I’m writing about building codes or the path to better health.

What makes my health-related books unique is the perspective I have on the body and the world around us.

First is the holistic part. No two people are the same, so what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. More importantly, each of us is more than a physical body of parts. Everything is interconnected, both inside our bodies and with the world around us. All these items need to be addressed when looking at wellness.

Then, you need to consider that we are energetic beings. Consider how much the body communicates energetically: brain, heart, nerves, fascia, cells, etc. In fact, everything in and around your body is one big biofield. Once you understand this, you can appreciate how dissonant frequencies in your body and around your body may affect your physical health as well as your emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Harmful frequencies can come from technology, toxins, negative emotions, group dynamics, and so much more.

We want to limit these detrimental frequencies and, instead, fill our body, our biofield, and our environment with beneficial frequencies as much as possible. It works! I have healed myself of several health challenges this way and teach others the same.

We are amazing complex beings that can heal when given the right tools, especially when we look at the body and our world holistically and from a frequency point of view. I incorporate these concepts into everything I write and teach.

PS – If you have a young child, check out the Mity Mite books my son wrote at the age of 9 when we homeschooled. I had the honor of creating the illustrations. :)
