Roger Middelveld

Roger Middelveld is 63 years old and has been retired since the age of 60. It was only then that he began writing in earnest. He is married, a proud father of a son and a daughter, and grandfather to five grandchildren. When he’s not writing or travelling with his camper van, he loves spending time with his family.

Roger does most of his writing in his favourite holiday retreat: the small village of Anderstorp in Sweden, located near the charming ski area of Isaberg-Hestra – which he highly recommends. He can often be found there in winter. In the summer months, he sets off in his camper to explore Europe, seeking out those special places where few people ever go.

Before retiring, Roger was a history teacher at a vocational secondary school (VMBO). He has always been fascinated by religion, myths, the origins of humankind, and extraterrestrial life. Stop Searching – We Are the Aliens is his debut, and more books in this genre – or in his other areas of interest – are sure to follow.
