Amanda lives for everyday adventures with her husband Scott and their three kids—Adeline, Jocelyn, and Andrew—whether that’s conquering the grocery store like it’s the Olympics or turning bedtime into a Broadway production.

When she’s not writing, Amanda can be found drinking coffee she forgot to finish, chasing chickens in the yard, or dreaming up her next story that reminds kids they’re perfect in their own perfectly imperfect way.
