Giulia Michieli

Giulia Michieli is a multilingual writer, ceramic artist, and policy analyst with over a decade of international experience spanning diplomacy, technology, and public service. Born in Italy and now based in New York City, Giulia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Women’s Studies, and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University, where she focused on global policy and human- centered management. She is currently working on her PhD in Psychology, deepening her lifelong inquiry into human behavior, healing, and systems of care.

Her work with the United Nations, global think tanks, and transformative organizations reflects her passion for reimagining structures that prioritize equity, mental wellbeing, and social connection. Fluent in Italian, Spanish, English, and French, Giulia has lived and worked across continents, advocating for inclusive leadership and embodied change.

In this book, she braids personal insight, cultural critique, and systemic vision — challenging outdated paradigms and inviting a more human, creative, and compassionate future for work, family, and identity.
