Will Hay

Will Hay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maine, Orono, and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Norwich University. With over a decade of experience in finance, Will brings dedication and heart to everything he does.

Inspired by his daughter Sienna, born at 23 weeks gestation, Will wrote The Littlest Penguin: A NICU Story and its sequel, The Littlest Penguin’s Big News: Sienna’s Surprise, celebrating resilience, milestones, and the special journey of NICU families.

Will lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife Megan, their son, their daughter, and their dog Chloe. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and staying active. He hopes these stories bring hope and encouragement to NICU families and anyone touched by the NICU experience.
