Hello, my friend.
I believe we can make this world better if we become better ourselves. If my books can drop even one small, almost weightless grain of kindness, peace, or happiness into another person’s soul, then it is already something good.
Our world already has enough suffering, cruelty, fear, and violence. Sometimes life hits us so hard that we feel scared, lost, abandoned, and alone. This is why I write my books: to help people feel a little less afraid, a little less alone, and a little less trapped inside their suffering.
I am not a guru, doctor, coach, therapist, influencer, or any other “follow me” type of person. I am not here to tell you how to live your life. I am only trying to offer a direction, a few thoughts, and some practical tools. Please choose your own path.
But I really do want to help.
I am the author of the Meditative Mental Healing and Meditative Mental Transformation method, known as MMH–MMT, and the creator of Dual Instinct Theory. I am also a practitioner and lifelong learner of Buddhist philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, and the human mind. I have always wondered what happiness truly is, what makes people happy, and why we so often make life harder than it needs to be.
My Transformation series reflects this search. I try to write honest, down-to-earth books filled with simple steps, practical exercises, meditative practices, and light-hearted stories. Many of the exercises are based on Buddhism, psychology, neuroscience, personal observation, and my own work with meditation and inner transformation.
When I am not working or writing, I walk dogs, make documentary videos, run research and seminars, support people through deep losses and difficult times, and help animals in shelters. I also study Near-Death Experiences and explore how artificial intelligence can help fine-tune meditation techniques.
Happiness is already inside us. Sometimes we only need to allow ourselves to feel it again.
If you still have a chance to hug someone you love, do it now. Hug them as if it may be the last time. One day, it will be.
