Author Bio

Pankaj Kishore has been practicing psychiatry in Albany, New York, since 2004. Born and raised in Lucknow, India, he attended a Catholic school and later studied medicine at King George’s Medical College, where he met his wife before emigrating to the United States.

Deeply appreciative of the ideals on which America is built, Pankaj brings a cross-cultural perspective to his writing. His lifelong love of music ranges from jazz to Indian classical, Hindi film songs, and Western oldies. He also enjoys singing and playing the harmonium.

Sita and Mohammad is his first novel.
