Daniel Watson

Daniel Watson and James Watson are identical twins born in Arkansas and raised with a deep respect for service, honor, and storytelling.

Daniel is a United States Marine Corps veteran of Operation Desert Storm, a retired Chief of Police, and a retired adjunct college professor. When not writing, he is an avid runner, golfer, and a passionate advocate for character, discipline, and resilience.

James is a retired Command Sergeant Major in the United States Army, a career Airborne Infantryman, and a veteran of numerous global operations, including Desert Storm, Mogadishu, Iraq, Afghanistan, Cuba, Egypt, and Manas, Kyrgyzstan. His leadership across decades of deployments is the foundation for the moral and emotional depth of the worlds they create.

Together, the Watsons are lifelong patriots and fierce supporters of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, and the creators of the Voidrunner series. A story of devotion, forged in loyalty, and written for all who have felt that no hope remained only to realize it was always within their reach.
