He is the creator of Echoes of Tomorrow, a sweeping science-fiction series about intelligence, creation, and humanity’s place in a universe it may not fully understand, and Monarch, a sequence of provocative commercial thrillers currently under development, examining technology, wealth, human value, and the systems that decide which lives are permitted to flourish. Across his novels and short fiction, Titus combines commercial storytelling with philosophical questions about agency, ownership, creation, consent, and the moral cost of redesigning the world.

His fiction is informed by a career at the convergence of artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and national security. Titus holds a PhD in artificial intelligence and biomedical data science from Dartmouth College and has worked across scientific research, venture-backed companies, academia, and government, including leading biotechnology modernization at the U.S. Department of Defense and advising Congress on the implications of emerging biotechnology. That proximity to technologies capable of rewriting biology, modeling human risk, and redistributing power gives his imagined futures unusual immediacy, but his stories remain centered on the people who must live inside them.
