Kim Shaffer Kirkman

Dr. Kim Shaffer Kirkman serves as Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer at Life Touch Health, where she leads fundraising and philanthropic strategy. She previously held leadership roles at Taylor University and Harding University, achieving record-setting fundraising results and developing nationally recognized programs. An active member of AHP, AFP, NHPCO, and Rotary Club 99, she also contributes to community and professional organizations across Arkansas. Dr. Kirkman holds an Ed.D. from Harding University and is a published author on leadership, mentoring, and hospice care.

She and her husband, Brett, have four grown children and seven grandchildren. The Simple Secret Study Guide (2025) is her first book.
