Andrew Frank has spent much of his career exploring the intersection of technology, intelligence, and human nature—and occasionally wondering what the hell is going on. A Gartner Fellow and Distinguished VP Analyst, he advises organizations on AI, digital media, and emerging technologies while maintaining a healthy skepticism toward both utopian idealism and apocalyptic predictions.

He studied artificial intelligence at Columbia University long before it was fashionable, and his career has included software development, computer game design, music composition, and more than three decades analyzing how technology shapes business—and how people shape technology in return.
