Donna Wysinger began her real estate career over 25 years ago with a simple curiosity about flipping homes. What started as a personal interest quickly grew into helping friends and family buy and sell properties.

Though she hadn’t planned on becoming a full-time Realtor, Donna soon realized that true success would only come by trusting herself and going all in. She immersed herself in the industry, learning every aspect of the business while working alongside top agents and on highly successful teams. Over the years she has worn many hats: listing specialist, buyer guide, transaction coordinator, admin support, new homes specialist, marketing designer and coordinator, new agents trainer, new assistants trainer, and more.

With her strong background in design and marketing, Donna also helped countless agents grow their businesses by creating resources and tools that helped them stand out. Eventually, she partnered with her sister to build a thriving real estate business of her own, using the very systems and strategies she had been developing and teaching. Together, they built not only sales, but lasting relationships within their community.

Today, after more than a quarter century in the industry, Donna has distilled her knowledge and experience into the Be a Better Agent community and her series of quick-read guidebooks. Her mission is simple: to help real estate professionals grow with confidence, connection, and ease.
