A professional nuclear engineer, Aleksandr Pliekhov has always combined a technical mindset with incredible creative potential. He was involved in building large-scale energy facilities and was one of the initiators and inspirers of the "Kazantip" festival, as well as a creator of the "Confession at Meotide" poetry project. His first experience in children’s publishing began in 2014 with his book series "The World in My Colors." However, his talent truly blossomed after moving to Canada in 2023, where, under the pseudonym Aleks Plekhov, he created over 15 new books for early childhood development. His rich, multifaceted experience and natural talent form the foundation of his work today, where he creates worlds in which even the most complex ideas become simple, engaging, and interesting for both children and adults.
