B. Hill-Glenn is a seasoned construction executive, entrepreneur, profession arena football team owner, and an author whose career spans engineering, entertainment, athletics and literary arts. A native of Albany, Georgia, he graduated from Monroe High School in 1980 before accepting a baseball scholarship to Florida A&M University in Tallahassee. There, he starred as both a shortstop and second baseman while earning his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology in 1985.
Upon graduation, Hill-Glenn relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, launching a 40-year career in construction management that would establish his reputation for precision, leadership, and controlled growth. In 1996 he moved to Birmingham, Alabama, to continue his construction career and where he broadened his portfolio by founding G-SPORT Entertainment Group, later rebranded as G-SPORT Edutainment Group, LLC. As an early pioneer and executive producer of Christian rap music, G-SPORT produced groundbreaking projects featuring artists such as Prime Minister, David Sea, Eric Matthews, Christopher “Kid N Play” Martin, and Bishop Noel Humphreys. Over the ensuing decades, Berry guided G-SPORT’s evolution into a multifaceted sports, entertainment, and educational enterprise.
In 2023, Hill-Glenn brought his passions for athletics and community together by launching the Rivergators indoor football franchise. Although initial plans called for a 2024 debut in the AIF league, venue challenges prompted a strategic pivot to the AAL2 circuit. Under his leadership, the team relocated to Madison, Alabama, a growing suburb of Huntsville, in 2025 and was reborn as the Tri-City Rivergators. He continues to apply his trademark blend of operational discipline and entrepreneurial vision.
In August 2025, he published his first fictional novel entitled "Shattered Vows", a romantic psycological thriller. This is the first of a trio series that will entertain readers for years to come.
Beyond the boardroom, the studio and the gridiron, Hill-Glenn remains committed to mentoring young professionals, fostering faith-based community initiatives, and championing controlled growth across every venture he undertakes. His journey from small-town Georgia baseball player to construction executive stalwart, sports-entertainment innovator and author reflects a lifelong dedication to excellence, resilience, and service.
