Ian Day

Ian Day is a highly skilled leadership coach with 20+ years’ experience working with C-suite leaders and senior teams in complex, high-pressure environments. He is Chartered Coaching Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and is Associate Professor and Course Director for the part-time postgraduate coaching courses at the University of Warwick. Ian specialises in 1:1 executive coaching, team development, and helping leaders set and achieve transformational goals. Ian has coached senior leaders across Europe, the US, and Asia Pacific. In addition to being author of The Coaching Leader: Coaching Skills for Leading Through Complexity, Ian is also co-author of the highly acclaimed book Challenging Coaching.
