Christopher Stitt is a CEO, author, keynote speaker, leadership coach, and former Supervisory Special Agent with the U.S. Diplomatic Security Service. Founder of CrisisLead, LLC, he draws on 25+ years of global experience across five continents to help organizations and their leaders navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

He is the author of Scaling Pyramids: Leadership Lessons from a Mid-Level Bureaucrat (Routledge, 2025) and co-author of the Organizational Risk Culture Standard. He teaches at George Mason University and the Institute of Presilience, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management.
