Andrew Griffiths

I'm Andrew and I started writing at the end of 2024. My whole career has been in IT and writing is something I had thought about but never really invested any time in but by the end of 2024 I started what is now my first crime novel, The Pit, and part way through that began the next one in the series.

Living on a Warwickshire farm with a bustling household of dogs, I find inspiration in the rhythms of rural life and the changing English seasons. Now in my fifties and married with two children I've spent over thirty years working in IT—solving problems, building systems, and quietly dreaming of writing stories. Autumn Overture and The Pit mark the fulfilment of a lifelong ambition to create and discover the process of writing and publishing what. When not writing, I'm most likely to be found still fixing IT issues, walking the dogs, or spending time with my family.
