G. M. Barber

G M Barber was born in the Redland Community, south of Muldrow, Oklahoma. She attended classes through grades 1-12 at nearby Gans, Oklahoma and graduated high school in May 1955. She had several small business ventures that allowed her to stay at home and raise her family. In 1984 she decided to enroll at Indian Area Vocational School in Sallisaw, Oklahoma and upgrade her high school skills and learn how to use a computer. Her instructor gave her encouraging words to become a writer. Grandma Charlotte A Family History is the fourth book published.
