With over 25 years of experience spanning accounting and human resources, Meredith has developed robust expertise in building and optimizing HR infrastructures for diverse organizations, from startups to publicly traded companies.

In 2009, Meredith leveraged her unique blend of business acumen and people skills to establish a thriving HR consulting practice within an insurance brokerage firm. Her success in this role culminated in the launch of Sera Business Advisors in 2014, a management consulting firm specializing in HR with a business-first approach.

Meredith’s educational background includes a Masters in Accounting from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. She continues to build her knowledge base, ensuring her approach to human resources is both innovative and results-driven.
