Dionne Galloway is a strategist, coach, leadership development practitioner, and whiskey enthusiast with two decades of experience guiding people and organizations through meaningful growth. With a career spanning the public and private sectors, she has partnered with leaders at all levels to unlock potential, drive lasting change, and achieve individual and organizational goals.
She currently serves in senior-level positions for a leadership development consultancy and a Black- and woman-owned spirits brand.
Dionne’s leadership is grounded in both professional rigor and lived experience. She holds an executive certificate in organizational consulting and change leadership from Georgetown University, as well as a certificate in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace from the University of South Florida. A proud alumna of Howard University, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism with a concentration in advertising.
Beyond her professional work, Dionne is deeply grounded by family and believes that leadership starts at home – with curiosity, compassion, and courage.
