K. E. Thompson is author of the Stewart’s Camp novels, Marble and Mud and Gelding Rock, both of which received the Literary Titan Gold Book Award. She lives in the California Gold Country in an old fixer-upper on farmland her family has tended for generations. When she isn’t writing, she enjoys painting and drawing, home improvement projects, gardening, and substitute teaching in her local school district.
