Roger Silva

Roger Silva knows what it feels like to face adulthood unprepared because he’s been there. At just sixteen, he left his parents’ home in a small town in Brazil to move to São Paulo, one of the world’s busiest cities, with no plan for surviving real adult life. He later moved to New York, where life tested him all over again. From financial struggles to healthcare questions, work pressure to relationship challenges, he experienced the chaos of “adulting” firsthand during the high school to adult transition and learned the hard way which independence skills really matter when everything is on the line.

Out of those experiences, Roger began building small systems to prepare for life before it happened. Over time, he refined those ideas through extensive research and shared them with other students who were just as overwhelmed as he once was. That process grew into the idea of creating a teen survival guide, which is the foundation of his first book on the topic, called “Adultified”, designed to turn fear into confidence for teens through real-world testing, life preparation, and proven adult life skills.

Roger’s mission is simple: to make sure no teen or young adult feels as lost as he once did and not just survive, but thrive as adults. By combining personal experience with years of research, he’s created practical roadmaps that are approachable, relatable, and built for today’s challenges. A true guide to independence and growth for the next generation.
