Bill Mokin

Bill Mokin has been a teacher for 35 years and worked with students of all ages from pre-school to adult. He has taught physical education to students with disabilities/special needs for 16 years and was an ELL/ESL instructor and director prior to that. His experience with two groups of marginalized students in public schools gives him a unique perspective on teaching and learning.
