As a visionary church planter and lead pastor, Jim has helped launch two thriving, life-giving churches—most recently, Atmosphere Church in Thousand Oaks, California.

Married to Tara for thirty-three years, Jim is a proud father of three adult children and recently became a grandparent. Besides loving God and his family, Jim also has a love for college football and anything 1980s.
