Craig Richards

Craig Richards’ first foray into the world of entrepreneurship was when he was eight years old, and he went door-to-door with his mother’s borrowed shopping trolley, selling chokos picked from the vine that grew along his back fence. The going rate at the time was five cents each or three for ten cents. His next was launching his first software development company in his early twenties, creating sales analysis and point-of-sale systems for nationwide retail clients.

In the decades since then, he has navigated numerous roles in the IT, professional writing, and adult education fields, observing firsthand the stark contrast between the loud "alpha" culture of business and the calm, substantive work that truly drives success.

His observations are backed by Master's degrees in both Business Administration and Applied Science (Information Studies), as well as qualifications in Entrepreneurship and Adult Education.

Craig lives in the beautiful Central Tablelands of NSW, Australia. When he isn't writing, he enjoys swimming, music, reading and writing poetry, ocean cruises, and adventures in the beautiful countryside of his home state and beyond. He is the adopted parent of, and servant to, a motley collection of four-legged friends, including sheep, goats, alpacas, and Shetland ponies, who remind him daily that the best things in life don't require swagger, just quiet appreciation.
