Massimo Ballone

Massimo Ballone (born in 1961 in Pescara) is a writer and former inmate who turned the experience of prison into an opportunity for personal and cultural redemption. A self-taught learner, he graduated with honors in Education Sciences and was awarded publication merit for his thesis, recognized for its originality and strength of argument.

He has published five books: two novels, an autobiography, an essay on prison dynamics, and a poetry collection. His writing draws on direct and profound experiences, with an essential style that blends testimony, reflection, and literature.
