In 1995, I began to step away from a popular skateboard scene in my hometown. That same year, at 19 years old, I picked up a pen and began a journey that has continued ever since.
Through journals and poetry, I have persistently documented my story of living with psychosis and my path toward recovery. My writing aims to share the perspective of someone who has experienced severe mental health struggles firsthand.
It took many years for me to realize that my books could hopefully not only entertain but also help others. Surrounded by friends and family with many artistic talents, I continue to share my story through writing and creativity.
