Oliver Cope

Oliver Cope is a researcher in psychology who specialises in studying the effects of social media on the attention span. An established keynote speaker, he delivers training in businesses and higher education, sharing his expertise on the science of wellbeing, digital health and attention.

Drawing from his academic background, Oliver aims to make research accessible, sharing the ways that psychology can help us manage the new challenges of modern life. His first book, Ladult: Navigating Safely from Boy to Man, is a self-help book for teenage boys that tackles the big issues facing todays young men head on. He has also written for Palgrave's International Encyclopedia of Cyberpsychology, writing chapters on short-form content and digital distraction.
