Sarah Rourke

Sarah Rourke is an ICF accredited executive coach who specialises in helping senior leaders take control of their careers. She works with emerging and established leaders across corporate and public sector organisations who want to be more intentional about their professional development.

At Henley Business School, Sarah coaches and facilitates groups of working professionals on Executive MBA and degree apprenticeship programmes. Through her work with hundreds of people annually from large corporations, government departments, and public services, she's gained deep insight into what actually drives career progression across different organisational cultures. She also runs her own private coaching practice, working with senior professionals navigating complex organisational landscapes and developing high-potential talent.
