Jan Harris

I was raised in Texas on a small stock farm. We always had horses, dogs, cats, chickens and cattle. My dad was always bringing home stray and orphaned animals for us to raise.

I worked in the medical field for most of my adult life. My husband and I raised a few cattle and a couple of horses along with our children.

I have always wanted to write a book. Since I have retired, I am doing just that. I have lots of stories in my mind, most about my childhood experiences or my families' experiences. Children's stories are my passion, and I love to make children laugh. I do enjoy a good mystery also.
