SuSi is a lifelong learner, wellness enthusiast, and retired corporate professional with a passion for sharing wisdom through writing.

SuSi holds a Basic degree in Chemistry, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Yoga for Human Excellence and Master Diploma in Acupuncture, reflecting a unique blend of scientific knowledge, business expertise, and holistic health practices.

For over 25 years, SuSi built a distinguished career in a renowned multinational biscuit manufacturing company, where he contributed to operations and management. His career then took him overseas, where he spent a decade working abroad before retiring from corporate life.

Post-retirement, SuSi has dedicated himself to personal growth and spiritual practice. He is an active practitioner of Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY), integrating meditation, yoga, and mindfulness into his daily life.

SuSi lives with his wife and continues to explore writing, spirituality, and lifelong learning — sharing insights to inspire others toward balance, wellness, and joyful living.
