Ari Roven

Ari Roven is a contemporary fine artist and children’s book author based in Los Angeles. Her work blends warmth, cultural nuance, and modern design—spanning bilingual children’s books, mindful journals, and large-scale abstract paintings.

She is the creator of the Goodnight Joon series and founder of Beverly Hills Persian, a cultural satire platform exploring identity, tradition, and reinvention with humor and heart.

After years away from publishing, Ari returned to creative work with a focus on ownership, independence, and building stories that bridge generations. When she’s not writing or painting, she’s raising her daughter and building a creative ecosystem across books, art, and design.
