Jo Albertson

Since 1986, as a healthcare practitioner, Jo has developed the ability to help her clients understand the science behind their body-mind connection as well as a spiritual understanding behind their soul’s journey. It’s amazing what life can be like when the body, mind and spirit work together in synchrony.

Jo’s mission is to help people learn to listen to and trust the divine and ever-present voice inside that is ready to offer guidance, comfort and inspiration at any time. Jo has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in physical education and health. She was a licensed Massage Therapist, a Massage Therapy Instructor, and is a certified Reiki III practitioner. When you love yourself enough to look within, you truly do become your own best friend.
