A Certified Neuro-Transformational Results Coach, AI Consultant, and seasoned public leader, Donna delivers strategic coaching and emotionally safe facilitation that bridges the gap between performance and well-being. Her work includes executive coaching, student mental wellness programs, and burnout prevention workshops. Donna served nearly 30 years in public service before retiring as Director of the Office of Health and Nutrition at the South Carolina Department of Education. She managed multimillion-dollar federal programs and training initiatives that improved school meal access and staff capacity across the state. As a former recipient of school meal services herself, her full-circle journey is a testament to the power of intentional leadership and divine purpose.

Donna holds a BA in Sociology/Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Clemson University, and multiple certifications in AI, coaching, and public management. Her voice is trusted by leaders navigating the tension between impact and exhaustion.
