Kim Wallace

Kim Wallace is an author, leadership expert, and former superintendent of one of the largest school districts in California. She is the author of Leading the Launch (2021), Leading Through an Equity Lens (2023), and Game-Changing Leadership in Action (2025). Drawing on decades of experience as a teacher, principal, district administrator, and superintendent, her work focuses on practical strategies for leading complex change in education. She currently serves as Associate Director at the UC Berkeley School of Educations and heads the consulting firm Process Makes Perfect.
