Werner Remmele – Author and storyteller with an analytical eye and poetic voice
Werner is a mathematician and passionate storyteller. Since retiring from his professional career, he has devoted himself to photography and writing – with a style that combines observation, irony and emotional depth. His texts are inspired by everyday life, travel and wonder at the human aspect of the unfamiliar. In his travelogues, he weaves atmospheric miniatures, quiet reflections and pointed anecdotes into a literary mosaic. In doing so, he always remains true to what characterises his writing: a keen sense of rhythm, a loving view of the absurd and a language that combines clarity with warmth. Since 2011, Werner has lived with his wife and two cats in a quiet Scottish town, where he crafts stories that linger.
