Joanna Ogunleye is a Senior Technology Leader with over 28 years of IT experience, now pursuing her passion as a Leadership and Talent Development Leader. She is a mentor, and the visionary host of the Empower & Elevate: Mentorship and Sponsorship Redefined podcast series. With over two decades of experience leading and mentoring in the technology and corporate sectors, Joanna has become a passionate voice for God-centered relationships, mentorship, and purposeful living.

She is a sought-after mentor, community leader, and advocate for women of color in tech. Her voice continues to inspire audiences across generations to live with intention, pursue God’s best, and rise into who they were created to be.

Joanna draws from her personal testimony and faith journey to inspire and guide others. With a heart for mentorship and storytelling, she is passionate about equipping the next generation with tools for godly living and meaningful relationships.

She holds an Executive MBA and brings a strong academic foundation to her leadership and mentoring work. Joanna is also a dedicated Team Leader and Sunday School Teacher at Evangel Temple Canada, where she continues to inspire others through faith-based teaching and service.

A wife of nearly three decades and a mother to two purpose-driven children, Joanna brings deep personal wisdom, spiritual insight, and authentic vulnerability to her writing.
