Lexx Che

Lexx Che is an international systems builder, operator, strategist, and author with Ukrainian roots. Over 20 years, he has built companies, teams, brands, digital ecosystems, and operational structures across technology, business, media, manufacturing, and wartime environments. His practice spans more than 1,000 projects. Projects developed under his leadership have earned over 300 international industry recognitions, including more than 50 major awards and editorial selections.

His central body of work, Operating in the Dark — Responsibility Series, forms the foundation of Anti-Coaching, his methodology of practical frameworks for decision-making under uncertainty, sustained pressure, and limited resources. Che positions this work within a post-Taleb framework, engaging with Nassim Nicholas Taleb’s analysis of randomness, fragility, risk, and responsibility while developing his own operational architecture for decisions and their consequences. Across his books, articles, and consulting, he examines how to structure action when prediction fails, options narrow, and responsibility remains.

Through BLACK FIELD PUBLISHING, his operating experience has developed into an interconnected body of approximately 50 books, written during the war in Ukraine. They explore decision architecture, leadership, organizational design, contemporary sociology, digital systems, advertising, identity, and power. His essays extend these investigations into sovereignty, artificial intelligence, philosophy, and human behavior, examining how people and institutions shape the conditions in which decisions become possible.

The books are not the source of the experience. They are its architecture.

His research also extends into independent journalism, with articles published in international media and published work indexed in EBSCOhost. He maintains a verified journalist profile on Muck Rack.
