Aileen Plana

Aileen Plana is a kindergarten teacher, mom of two, and children’s book author inspired by the Montessori philosophy of independence and gentle guidance. Through her debut picture book I Can Do It! Aileen celebrates everyday milestones that build confidence, self-care, and joy in little ones.

When she’s not teaching or writing, you’ll find her reading with her daughters or exploring creative classroom ideas. Her mission is to empower children and parents to see that independence starts with love, patience, and encouragement at home.
