Zahra Majid

Zahra Majid is a UK-based author, leadership practitioner, and organisational risk specialist, writing primarily on HR, leadership, and decision-making in complex workplaces.

Her professional books draw on over two decades of experience in HR, employment relations, and organisational design, translating legal, governance, and risk frameworks into practical guidance for leaders. Her work focuses on judgement, authority, people risk, and work design, with an emphasis on decisions made under pressure rather than idealised management theory.

These titles form part of the Coaching Quotient® series, a growing body of work exploring leadership capability, organisational risk, and the limits of resilience as a management strategy. Future books in the series examine themes including workplace risk, psychosocial safety, and how poor work design creates cumulative exposure for organisations. Zahra is also writing books on Leadership and other HR and Org Effectiveness topics.

In addition to her professional writing, Zahra is also the author of several children’s books, including the Marble & Friends, The Autumn Archway Adventure, Hazel and Bramble's seasonal Adventures.
